Exclusive Tickets to Some of Country’s Hottest Tours Now Available to Fans to Benefit ACM Lifting Lives & Other Charities at www.ticketsforcharity.com/acmliftinglives
Encino, CA (June 14, 2012) – ACM Lifting Lives® is proud to announce an exciting new program launching today with Toby Keith, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band to offer fans some of the best concert seats in the house this summer, while also benefiting ACM Lifting Lives and other artist-aligned charities at www.ticketsforcharity.com/ACMLiftingLives.
The program gives fans access to amazing seats in sold-out sections for concerts nationwide at the same or better price they will find elsewhere – the difference is that their purchase through Tickets-for-Charity is supporting respected charities, rather than ticket resellers.
ACM Lifting Lives is dedicated to improving lives through the power of music. “We’re honored to be collaborating with so many talented artists on tour this year,” said ACM Lifting Lives Chairman, Mark Hartley. “Bringing fans together with the artists they love and important causes we all care about is a powerful thing, and Tickets-for-Charity makes it easy.”
In addition to ACM Lifting Lives, tickets will support a range of charities selected by each artist. For example, Zac Brown Band tickets and "Eat & Greet" Charity Packages are also benefiting Camp Southern Ground, a 500-acre camp that will offer a state-of-the-art facility that integrates children with both typical and special needs to come together to learn life skills and teamwork in a positive environment.
“To me, there’s nothing more important than helping kids. It’s a great feeling to be on the road and know that my fans are joining me in helping to make a difference through this program,” said Zac Brown.
"In my job, you get to go to a lot of places and see a lot of things, but there's not much in my world that's more gratifying or important than helping families in need,” said Toby Keith. “In my hectic schedule I always make time for a USO tour for two weeks and my Toby Keith Foundation which helps families in Oklahoma with kids who are battling illness. It's two very important things to me: American children, Oklahoma children specifically, and my warriors and my troops overseas. It's just wonderful to be in a position to give back.”
"I'm honored to be part of the work that ACM Lifting Lives is doing and so glad to have fans join me in supporting the St. Jude Target House as part of this program,” said Brad Paisley. “The Target House is an incredible place for families to stay as they endure all of the treatments their child goes through — these are some of the bravest kids and families you'll ever see."
More country artists are expected to join the platform’s star-studded lineup on tour throughout the year. Fans can learn more and get tickets now at www.TicketsforCharity.com/ACMLiftingLives.
